11 North Harbour
10 Northland
9 Counties Manukau
8 Hawke's Bay

2nd round of crossover picks:
ITM Premiership teams (playing at home) will pick an ITM Championship team in seeding order (1-7):
1 Canterbury
2 Waikato
3 Auckland
4 Wellington
5 Taranaki
6 Bay of Plenty
7 Southland

3rd round of crossover picks:

DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS
Some people argue that dancing is not a sport, those people are idiots.
If the number of calories burned is equal to the difficulty of the endeavour then dancing actually kicks the arse of many of the so called ‘proper sports’
Dancing burns 109 calories per hour. That’s more than you would burn playing ‘Soccer (92 per hour), Basketball (90 per hour) or Volleyball (34 per hour).
With this scientific proof that dancing is indeed a ‘sport’ we now present to what must surely be the pinnacle of dance achievement, the 2009 U.S. Dancing Championships

KOBE = CHAMPION
The LA Lakers won the NBA title this year by beating the Orlando Magic 4-1 in their best of 7 series.
Nathan is an Orlando Magic fan (in fact he might be the ONLY Orlando Magic fan living outside of the Orlando area).
We put this video on the webpage for 2 reasons.
1)      To show you how the Lakers secured their 15th NBA title
2)      To make Nathan cry

CONFED CUP
The All Whites qualified for the Confederations Cup and warmed up against the might of World Champions Italy. Everyone thought we’d get a hiding, but that was before we found out that Italy actually aren’t very good at the moment.
So here they come, check out the glorious strikes from Chris Killen and Shane Smeltz, then Smeltz again. Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooal!

NATIONAL ANTHEM LESSON
Hey New Zealanders, THIS is how you sing a national anthem. You get the anthem singer to sing the first 4 lines and then get the crowd to take over.
Demonstration provided by the Edmonton crowd at an NHL game between the Edmonton Oilers and the hateable Anaheim Ducks.

LORKS A LORDY!
Parcour has been the favourite way for French teenagers to break their wrists and ankles for the last decade. Any searches on youtube for ‘Parcour’ will reveal hundreds of videos. Most of them have at least one moment that will make you say “Wow!”. This clip is of Damien Walters, a former Olympic gymnast and the greatest parcour artist in operation today.
